Touch Design worked with Erewash CCG to develop our new brand, a suite of posters, information leaflets and cards, and other material, initially to support our authorisation process. The work was required at extremely short notice and under significant pressure, particularly since much of the information was still under development. Despite the pressure, they were always professional and calm, and remained focused on us as the customer. Nothing was too much trouble. Despite many last minute changes and eleventh hour requests, Touch Design delivered everything to a high standard and to deadline. They are highly recommended by Erewash CCG

We’ve worked with many healthcare clients developing their brands and recently our work, in partnership with MIH Solutions, with NHS Erewash Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) won an Association of Healthcare Communications & Marketing (AHCM) Award in the Best Visual Brand category. Effective branding within the NHS must always confront the issue of brand conformity - respecting the NHS Identity guidelines while striving for organisational autonomy and the need to differentiate. Great branding in the NHS needs to be authentic and convincing. Ideally, in this outcomes and outputs world, it must demonstrate a form of creative ‘payments by results’. We believe the branding of Erewash CCG did all of this – and more.

Informed by public health data, as well as local knowledge and need, determined the vision and the priorities for Erewash and ultimately the focus for the brand. As a result we developed the focus areas of Better Care, Better Health, Better Value, which became the strapline for the CCG’s brand. We have worked with Erewash CCG on a range of their communiations material including an animated annual review
